We actually did the 4hour time but not on the list!, our driver was very good and very knowldgeable about the country of Qatar and the places we visited. The Fort area was facinating, also we had a glimose of Barhain in the distance from the fort area!! It was worthwhile to get out of the city and see something of the country of Qatar.
